As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Collaborate in a professional manner • Meet agreed-upon deadlines • Pay for services within the agreed timeframes • Respect intellectual property rights • Maintain the confidentiality of information • Use the services in accordance with the law

• All intellectual property rights related to our services remain the exclusive property of SafInfo-Consult • The methodologies, tools, and processes developed are our property • Client-specific deliverables become the client's property after full payment • The use of our intellectual property requires our written permission

• We maintain strict confidentiality of your information • Sensitive information is protected by confidentiality agreements • We use appropriate security measures • Confidential data is processed according to industry standards • Our employees are bound by confidentiality

• Our rates are established based on the nature of the services • Payment terms are defined in each contract • Late payments may incur penalties • Prices may be revised with prior notice • Applicable taxes are borne by the client

SafInfo-Consult cannot be held responsible for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of data or information • Service interruptions • Acts of force majeure • Improper use of the services

The contract may be terminated: • By mutual agreement • In case of serious breach • With reasonable notice • Due to force majeure • According to specific contract terms
